Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all purchases of digital products, courses, plugins, LUTs, DCTLs, and related digital creative tools ("Digital Products") made through passionfuelsambition.org ("Website") by Passion Fuels Ambition ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

Due to the inherent nature of digital goods, once a Digital Product has been delivered — whether through download, account access, email delivery, or any other means — the transaction is considered complete and non-reversible.

This policy applies to all Digital Products without exception, including but not limited to:

• Online courses and course bundles
• Color grading plugins and software
• LUT (Look-Up Table) files
• DCTL (DaVinci Color Transform Language) files
• Preset packs and creative toolkits
• Any free or promotional products bundled with a purchase

Digital products differ fundamentally from physical goods. Once a digital file is delivered or access is granted, the product cannot be "returned" — the content has been transmitted and is permanently accessible to the buyer. This creates an inherent irreversibility that does not exist with physical merchandise.

Our no-refund policy is:

• Standard practice across the digital goods and online education industry
• Consistent with consumer protection frameworks in Singapore and internationally, which recognize the unique nature of digital content delivery
• Necessary to protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution of our proprietary content
• Fair to all customers, as refund abuse would require us to increase prices for everyone

We are committed to providing accurate and detailed product descriptions, previews, and demonstrations so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

This policy is established in accordance with the legal framework of the Republic of Singapore, where Passion Fuels Ambition is registered and operates.

Under Singapore law, the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act ("CPFTA") provides consumer protections for goods and services. However, the CPFTA and its associated regulations recognize that digital content, once delivered, possesses unique characteristics that distinguish it from physical goods. The instantaneous and irreversible nature of digital delivery means that traditional return mechanisms are not applicable.

The Electronic Transactions Act (Cap. 88) ("ETA") further provides the legal foundation for electronic commerce in Singapore, recognizing the validity and enforceability of digital transactions and electronic contracts.

Our Terms of Service, which incorporate this Refund Policy by reference, are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase decision. Before buying, we encourage you to:

• Watch available previews and demos — most of our courses include free preview lessons
• Read the full product description — including system requirements, software compatibility, and skill level recommendations
• Check the curriculum — course pages list all modules and lessons
• Contact us with questions — email producer@passionfuelsambition.org if you are unsure whether a product meets your needs
• Start with free content — we offer free courses and resources to help you evaluate our teaching style

We provide comprehensive product information specifically so you can make a confident, informed purchase without relying on refund mechanisms.

While our standard policy is no refunds, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider requests in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours with proof of both transactions
• Technical inability — if a documented, unresolvable technical issue prevents you from accessing a product despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts with our support team

Important: Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is evaluated individually at our sole discretion. "Change of mind," "product not meeting expectations," "lack of time to complete," or "found a different product" are not valid grounds for any refund, partial or full.

To submit a request for review, email producer@passionfuelsambition.org with your order number, purchase date, and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a valid purchase is a violation of these terms. If you have a concern about a transaction, please contact us first at producer@passionfuelsambition.org — we are committed to resolving legitimate issues fairly.

Frivolous or fraudulent chargeback claims may result in:

• Immediate suspension of your account and all associated access
• A permanent ban from future purchases
• Recovery action to reclaim the disputed amount, including legal fees

We maintain detailed transaction records and will provide evidence to payment processors to dispute unwarranted chargebacks.

Digital Products received free of charge, as part of a promotion, or bundled with a paid product are not eligible for any refund consideration. The value of free or promotional items is not factored into any refund calculation.

If a paid product comes with a free bonus, the entire purchase is subject to this no-refund policy. You cannot selectively return the paid product while retaining the free bonus.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any revisions.

Your purchase is subject to the Refund Policy in effect at the time of that purchase. We encourage you to review this policy before each transaction.
